- RESERVATIONS are best made via our website
- CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund up to 5 days before your arrival. No refunds after that point.
- CONTACTLESS CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Your access instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours before your arrival. Early check in / late check out can be requested after booking via the Boarding Pass app. *Please note, we will not approve or decline these requests until the week leading up to your arrival. Our front desk is not staffed regularly and our management and support staff work remotely.
- BEACH TAGS / BEACH CHAIRS will be provided for free so our guests can enjoy the beautiful Ventnor beaches. We do not provide beach towels at this time.
- WiFi password is provided in the room
- HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping. Extra towels are available upon request. Linen changes are available for a fee.
- AMENITIES Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, bar sink, Keurig coffee machine with a supply of pods. Suites have full kitchens equipped with basic cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils etc. In our main lobby you will find an Ice Machine and a Vending Machine with snacks and beverages.
- PARKING No parking is available on-site - all guests must utilize street parking. Our hotel was built in 1928 - and our guests for more than 95 years have been able to find nearby street parking. We are located on the border of the business district with metered spaces, and the residential areas with plenty of free parking. Most guests will park their cars and walk, bike, or Uber around town!
- OUTDOOR SPACE On the 1st and 2nd floors guests can enjoy a shared, ocean view balcony styled with comfortable furniture for gathering.
